FCPS offers daytime and evening adult education classes in Frederick County for out-of-school individuals who are at least 16 years old. We help learners develop real-life reading, math, writing, critical thinking, and computer skills, to support self-sufficiency and productivity as workers, family members, and citizens.
Most classes are free, but you must first attend a 3 hour orientation. There is no cost for orientation, and the location, dates, and times, are published on cable channel 18.
You can only get started by making that first step. Please contact Adult Education at 240-236-8450 or online by clicking the Contact and Request Info Link.
